No circuit board or system leaves ALINKTEKwithout a   thorough final inspection of all connections and components.All ALINKTEK   production sites are equipped with identical manufacturingand testing   technology. This way, we can guarantee consistently highstandards   worldwide while maintaining superb product flexibility.

We do not have to compromise the quality ofany of   our processes, thanks to a full-scale testing regime that startsat the   design stage and extends right into production. The requirements  stipulated for connector systems are the driving force behind ALINKTEK quality assurance concept. Our company philosophy is that quality is paramount,and that a zero-error production target is entirely feasible given ongoingrevisions and continuous improvement. Our system is required to meet universal guidelines such as ISO 9001.

For both the design and production ofbackplanes,   electronic components, and complete systems, we offerfull-scale   development from the initial concept right through to thestart of   production, including documentation and rational testing. AtALINKTEK, all   of the manufacturing processes (pressfitting,installation, selective   soldering, connection testing, and functionaltesting) are completed   using the highest quality standards. Everycomponent and assembly is   checked individually. We offer in-circuittesting (ICT) and functional   testing, in addition to automated opticalinspection (AOI). We develop   specific testing software in close communicationwith the customer and   manufacture our own testing adapters in-house.
